Helping Adolescents and Adults Heal from Trauma, Anxiety, and Depression
Specializing in EMDR, CBT, and men’s mental health
My name is Kyle, and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey. I’ve been practicing since 2021, working primarily with adolescents and adults. I’m trained in EMDR therapy and use both EMDR and CBT to help clients process trauma, manage anxiety, and live healthier, more balanced lives.
I believe therapy only works when there’s a real relationship. That’s why I focus on building trust and rapport from the start. The first few sessions are about getting to know you, understanding your goals, and figuring out the best way forward together.
A big part of my work is destigmatizing men’s mental health. As men, we’re often told to “man up” or “stop being a girl.” I’m here to help change that narrative by creating a space where men can express emotions openly without judgment.
My style is straightforward and honest. I don’t sugarcoat things, but I also don’t push you where you’re not ready to go. Clients have told me this approach helps them feel supported while also making real progress.
I have worked in high-acuity environments with clients facing some of the most severe mental health challenges. That experience taught me how to stay grounded, think clearly, and respond effectively no matter what comes up in session. Because of that, I feel confident handling whatever you bring to therapy, whether it is trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, or obsessive-compulsive disorder. You do not have to hold back here. I am ready to meet you where you are and help you move forward.
About Me
Services
Individual Therapy (Telehealth)
I provide one-on-one therapy for adolescents and adults who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other challenges. Sessions are held virtually, making it easy to connect from the comfort of your home. My focus is on creating a safe, supportive space where you can work toward your goals at a pace that feels right for you.
EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy that helps people heal from trauma and distressing experiences. EMDR reduces the emotional weight of painful memories so they no longer control how you feel in the present. If you feel stuck in the past, EMDR can be a powerful tool for moving forward.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT is a practical, goal-oriented therapy that helps you identify and change negative thought patterns. Together we will look at how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors interact, and build healthier ways of coping. CBT can be especially effective for anxiety, depression, and ADHD.
Men’s Mental Health
Much of my work focuses on helping men break free from the stigma around mental health. I provide a space where men can express emotions without judgment and learn healthier ways to cope with stress, anger, and relationships.
